Sell your used designer furniture on the best terms on the market!

Where do you go when you want to sell your used designer furniture, lamps and crafts?
There are many options on the market, DBA, Gul og Gratis, Lauritz, and others. The different sales platforms have different advantages and disadvantages, all these disadvantages will be avoided by selling your effects to Copenhagen Classic.
Disadvantages of selling on sales portals:
DBA, Gul og Gratis and Everclassic and others are all portals where you can upload your effects for free and easily and thus put your things up for sale. What most people do not think about is that by posting pictures on these media, you are exhibiting your home online. In addition, interested buyers come to your home to see the effects, and you do not actually know who you are letting into your private home.
Our experience is that the sales time can extend to a longer period and that you will therefore spend a lot of time answering questions from interested parties and answering junk bids.
You will rarely get the price you offered the effects for.
Disadvantages of selling at auction:
Auction companies such as Lauritz, Brunn-Rasmussen and others are portals where you put your effects for sale to the highest bidder, which means that you do not really know your selling price. When you approach the auctioneers and they need to give you a clue as to what your effects may bring, it happens based on an assessment. This assessment is no guarantee of what your product will achieve in hammer blows (sales). In the vast majority of cases, the hammer price (sales price) will achieve 60-70% of the assessment!
This means that if you put an effect up for sale for 1000, you will typically achieve a sale price of 600-700 kroner, and for this you now have to deduct an additional 15% in costs to the auction company to let them sell the item. So what you end up getting for your item will typically come to about half of the valuation you had agreed with the auction house. You also have to wait 40 days to get the money paid out.
