Delivery and pickup

When delivering furniture and larger lamps bridged in Denmark, we always deliver with our own drivers within 1-2 hour intervals. With ordinary stock items there is about 1-2 weeks delivery but in many cases we can also deliver earlier.


We will contact you approx. 2 days before we have the opportunity to deliver your order.


Delivery in Denmark


Delivery of furniture and larger items: Delivery of furniture, larger lamps etc. will be delivered by our own driver at a scheduled time. We call at least 2 days in advance to make an appointment. When delivering sofas and larger items, it can be planned that we come as 2 men (only applies to Zealand). When delivering sofas and larger items in Jutland, we are always only 1 man, however, we are always willing to lend a hand to get heavy items in (only applies to the ground floor).


Stock items: 1-2 weeks delivery

Order items: 4-6 weeks delivery


  • Greater Copenhagen / North Zealand: We typically deliver every week Wednesday-Friday, between 9-14 am.

  • South and West Zealand: We typically deliver every other week Thursday-Friday (odd weeks), between 9-15 am.

  • Funen and Jutland: We deliver every other week Thursday-Friday (odd weeks), between 7 am - 20 pm.


Delivery to non-bridged islands: Orders to the islands will be delivered with a transport firm, where the price will be calculated at checkout. We are also happy to deliver to your own supplier as long as it is located bridge-fixed. In this case, you must enter your supplier's address under the delivery address when ordering.


Delivery of small items: Delivery of smaller items such as: ceramics, care products, cushions etc. will be sent with Postnord or DHL, no later than 24 hours after ordering. We will notify you as soon as the item is shipped. If your order can be sent with Postnord, it will appear at checkout.


Upholstery, collection, and delivery: When you order furniture upholstery, we will pick up your furniture at your address and then send it for upholstery, but you are also welcome to deliver your furniture in our showroom. Once we have received your furniture back, we will deliver it to you at your address.


Delivery abroad


Delivery of furniture and larger items: Delivery of furniture, larger lamps etc. will be provided by Magic Movers. As soon as your order has been picked up by Magic Movers you will receive an email and then you will be contacted by JH-Transport with a delivery date.


Stock items: 2-4 weeks delivery

Ordered items: 4-8 weeks delivery


The delivery price will be calculated at checkout.


Delivery of small items: Delivery of smaller items such as ceramics, care products, cushions, etc. will be sent with Postnord or DHL no later than 24 hours after ordering. We will notify you as soon as the item is shipped. If your order can be sent as a package with Postnord, it will appear at checkout.


Pickup

Pick-up in our showroom is of course also an option. As a starting point, we can have your item ready for collection 24 hours after you have made an order. As soon as your item is ready for collection you will receive an email.

Delivery outside the EU


CPH-Classic is happy to offer delivery to countries outside the EU, but only by agreement as we do not have a standard price for delivery outside the EU, and must first have a price from our freight forwarder. We point out that upon delivery to countries that are not part of the EU's free trade agreement, VAT / customs duties will be imposed on imports.


VAT and customs on delivery outside the EU: When you receive a product from us in Denmark to your country outside the EU, you will be subject to import duty / VAT of 25% of the purchase price, for which you as an importer are liable. This applies to both new and used items.


How do we import outside the EU?

When we need to send an order outside the EU, we recommend people to contact our customer service: info@cph-classic.com who will calculate an offer on the shipping price.


When you accept our offer on shipping, we make sure that your item is packed properly so that it arrives to you without scratches, and then our forwarder will pick up your order and make sure that it arrives to you.


Our freight forwarder will then contact you to arrange a delivery time and fill in VAT/customs documents. Only the freight forwarder has the opportunity to fill in VAT / customs documents. CPH-Classic can not help with this.


Can I arrange the delivery myself?

Yes, you can easily arrange your delivery yourself, where your forwarder can come and pick up your order in our warehouse by appointment. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. CPH-Classic cannot be helpful with VAT/customs documents.


Can you deliver it to my freight forwarder?

Yes, if your freight forwarder is located on a bridge in Denmark, we can easily deliver your goods to your freight forwarder. If this is your wish, we simply ask you to provide the address and telephone number of your forwarder as your delivery address when you order via our website.
