About Poul Kjærholm's PK-20:
Kjærholm designed the PK-20 armchair in 1968, and how originally designed to be able to recycle leather scraps from the other furniture, which can be seen by the fact that the PK20’s cover is made of leather strips. The chair was originally produced by Kold Christensen, but the production was taken over by Fritz Hansen in 1982. However, the chair quickly became popular, and subsequently they chose to use only the absolute best materials for it, which it also deserves. The chair has a very simple design, but still with great seating comfort.
The PK-20 chair comes with both leather cover and pedigree. The PK-20 leather chair comes with a headrest which is also fully upholstered in leather. The frame of the chair is made of matt chrome-plated spring steel.
